Jordi Blasi, programme director of the Professional Master’s Degree in Product Design and Digital Modelling at ESDESIGN, Escuela Superior de Diseño de Barcelona, part of Planeta Formación y Universidades, has been selected by the committee of the Delta Awards 2026, organised by ADI-FAD, for his work on the trophy collection for the Sustain Awards, co-designed with Jordi Pla.

The proposal is based on the traditional meaning of trophies as objects associated with recognition, celebration and symbolic rituals, and revisits them from a contemporary perspective. Through essential geometric forms, the design proposes solutions that facilitate serial production and allow personalised adaptations depending on the context.

In addition, the collection incorporates sustainability criteria both in its conceptual approach and in the selection of materials, opting for the use of recycled or low environmental impact resources, such as metal, wood or ceramic.

The selection in the Delta Awards, one of the most relevant recognitions in the field of industrial design, highlights proposals that combine innovation, functionality and commitment to the environment.

At ESDESIGN, we celebrate this recognition, which highlights Jordi Blasi’s professional trajectory and his contribution to the development of a more conscious product design aligned with the current challenges of the sector.
