Marc Ribas takes part in MWC26 with a talk on innovation and disruption in the industry
Marc Ribas, faculty member of the Professional Master’s Degree in Product Design and Digital Modelling at ESDESIGN, the Higher School of Design of Barcelona, part of Planeta Formación y Universidades, took part in the 2026 edition of the Mobile World Congress (MWC), one of the most important international events in technology, innovation and digital transformation.
As part of the event, Ribas took part in a talk titled “From Big Industry Players to Small Disruptors, All Under One Roof”, a session focused on analysing how both large established corporations and start-ups and emerging players coexist within the technology ecosystem, reshaping the market.
The talk explored the role of innovation as a driver of change, focusing on how collaboration, adaptability and strategic vision make it possible to connect different scales of business within the same environment. Once again, the Mobile World Congress reinforces its position as a key space for knowledge exchange between professionals, companies and projects shaping the future of the industry.
