Student Portfolio: VALLCARCA

VALLCARCA is the project by Antonio Álvarez González, student of the Professional Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture and Sustainable Urbanism at ESDESIGN.

This project arises from the real need of the Vallcarca neighbourhood, an urban area located in the city of Barcelona. 

This neighbourhood is established in a predominantly residential urban environment. The lack of urban consolidation makes the introduction of a groundbreaking, functional and aesthetic project necessary to create a central space for gathering and strengthening the area.
